Credentialing Rehabilitative Therapists

Working for a start-up health care pediatric clinic during a pandemic hasn’t exactly been easy. Between hiring, building, and establishing the clinic, we hardly have any time for important necessities, such as insurance credentialing. Credentialling in Massachusetts can take upwords of 90–120 days, making the hiring process EXTREMELY hard on management. Is outsourcing our credentialing process actually worth it? My director and I spend hours filling out forms along with our employees, chasing insurance companies on updates, and we can’t help but wonder if we are missing something here. Help!!
